The Sharing the Hope seminar is designed to serve and bless the local church. The process of hosting a seminar is designed to be simple and to minimize your time and financial burden. Our goal is to help your church and neighboring churches reach out effectively to the Muslims in your community.

As a host, you will:

1. Promote seminar to local churches and ministries via printed brochures and radio announcements provided by Crescent Project
2. Provide location with suitable seating for at least 75 people
3. Coordinate lunch for students
4. Support the seminar financially: see seminar contract for details

Crescent Project will:

1. Provide promotional materials including:
   1. 500 color brochures
   2. 20 11"x17" color posters
   3. 2 minute promotional video on DVD
   4. coordinators manual
2. Manage registration process via our web site and mail-in forms from brochure.

Steps for Hosting a Seminar:

1. Contact our office to reserve a date at least 3 months ahead. Contact us here
2. Download the seminar contract and fill it out completely
3. Send the signed contract and downpayment to our office
